He is the tallest boy in the class को Negative में बदलने पर अर्थ वही रहना चाहिए — No other boy in the class is as tall as he is।

Affirmative

Everyone likes him. → No one dislikes him. - He is the best boy. → No other boy is as good as he. (or He is better than all other boys.) - It is always hot here. → It is never cold here.

No one dislikes him. → Everyone likes him. He never fails. → He always succeeds. There is nothing but water. → There is only water.

Assertive

(i) Assertive से Interrogative

He is a good player. → Is he not a good player? She knows me. → Does she not know me?

(ii) Interrogative से Assertive

Is he not a good player? → He is a good player. Who does not love his country? → Everyone loves his country. Can anyone deny the truth? → No one can deny the truth.

Exclamatory

(i) Exclamatory से Assertive

What/How वाले Exclamatory वाक्यों में very/great जोड़कर Assertive बनता है। What a beautiful garden it is! → It is a very beautiful garden. How fast he runs! → He runs very fast. Alas! He is ruined. → It is a matter of sorrow that he is ruined.

(ii) Assertive से Exclamatory

Assertive वाक्य में What/How जोड़कर Exclamatory बनता है। It is a very beautiful garden. → What a beautiful garden it is! He runs very fast. → How fast he runs! I wish I were a bird. → O that I were a bird!

5. Degrees of Comparison (तुलना की डिग्री)

(i) तीन डिग्री

(ii) Superlative से Comparative

Superlative में 'the + V3 + of/in' को Comparative में 'comparative + than any other + Singular' से बदलें। The Ganga is the longest river in India. → The Ganga is longer than any other river in India.

(iii) Comparative से Positive

Comparative में 'comparative + than any other' को Positive में 'No other + as + Positive + as' से बदलें। Ram is taller than any other boy. → No other boy is as tall as Ram.

(iv) Superlative से Positive

Ram is the tallest boy in the class. → No other boy in the class is as tall as Ram.

(v) Positive से Comparative

No other boy is as tall as Ram. → Ram is taller than any other boy.

6. Simple, Complex और Compound Sentences

(i) Simple से Complex

I saw a wounded bird. (Simple) → I saw a bird that was wounded. (Complex)। He worked hard to pass. → He worked hard so that he could pass.

(ii) Simple से Compound

He must work hard or fail. → He must work hard or he will fail. Besides being lazy, he is careless. → He is not only lazy but also careless.

(iii) Complex से Simple

He is so weak that he cannot walk. → He is too weak to walk. I know that he is honest. → I know his honesty.

Degrees of Comparison - त्रिकोण Superlative the tallest Positive as tall as Comparative taller than the tallest → no other + as tall as the tallest → taller than any other as tall as ↔ taller than Golden Rule (स्वर्ण नियम) Superlative में the + V3; Comparative में than any other; Positive में No other + as...as।

Affirmative-Negative रूपांतरण सूत्र Affirmative He is honest. Negative He is not dishonest. only → nothing but He has only a rupee. always → never He is always late. too...to → so...that cannot He is too weak to walk. everyone → no one + opposite Everyone likes him.

He is honest → He is dishonest गलत है; सही है He is not dishonest।
  2. Superlative → Comparative में any other भूलना: Ram is taller than all boys गलत है, सही है than any other boy।
  3. Negative में double negative लगाना: No one does not like him गलत है, सही है No one dislikes him।
  4. too...to का गलत रूपांतरण: He is so weak that he cannot walk में cannot आवश्यक है, केवल can लिखना गलत है।

  2. Degrees of Comparison में पहले Superlative पहचानें, फिर Comparative में 'than any other' और Positive में 'No other...as...as' का प्रयोग करें।
  3. too...to को so...that cannot में बदलते समय Modal 'cannot' याद रखें।
  5. Interrogative रूपांतरण में 'Does/Is + not' का प्रयोग करके सकारात्मक अर्थ बनाए रखें।
