1. What is Experimental Probability?
Also known as empirical probability, this is based on actual experiments and adequate recordings of the happening of an event. It relies on the relative frequency of an event over a given number of trials.
P(E) = Number of trials where event happened / Total number of trials
2. Law of Large Numbers
As the number of trials in an experiment increases, the experimental probability will tend to get closer and closer to the theoretical probability. This fundamental concept is known as the Law of Large Numbers.
